Det ska jag hälsa henne så blir hon glad! 🙂 Det är ingen styrketräning där, bara mycket kroppsarbete på gården & promenader till jobbet. Sen är ju såklart mycket genetiskt också, så jag har väl lite försprång när jag vill komma i form.

Promenader kan jag gå varje dag & styrka varierar. Ca 3-4 gånger styrka beroende på övrigt vi ska göra.
